Often called "Doby" for short, Dobishko is a guardian dog who lives inside Sirius's sword. He often pops out when he is bored or wants someone to talk to, which often annoys Sirius when he is in the middle of work. Dobishko's power allows the sword he inhabits to possess certain magical properties. Like the other guardian animals who inhabit the weapons from heaven, the magic makes the weapon not be able to be seen by innocent (moral) humans. Also the weapon sends a pulsation to the holder, revealing immoral humans to the angels. The sword can also be hidden by the guardian animal, and will appear at any time when called upon by the weapon's owner. Unlike the other guardian animals, Dobishko leaves his weapon often, when most animals are almost never allowed to leave. Yet Sirius allows Dobishko out a lot and even gets him his favorite things to do and puts then inside the sword, so Dobishko is by far the most spoiled of the guardian animals. Although Sirius and Dobishko fight a lot, they are most of the time joking around. Sirius and Dobishko are very close and are two of a kind.
